Our Operating Partners and Advisory Board Executives have a significant number of years of experience in leadership roles in both privately held businesses as well as at multi-national companies. They work as part of the global team to identify and evaluate prospective investment opportunities, developing and underwriting the operating plan of the business, serving on portfolio company boards of directors, mentoring and coaching management teams and recruiting executives to supplement current management.
